About Nathaniel Oberle Hubley
Nathaniel Hubley’s practice is devoted to employment, personal injury, workers compensation, and Social Security disability. Nathaniel graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law with honors, receiving an honors medallion for successfully completing the Honors Program. While attending law school Nathaniel was the Executive Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review and his article dealing with vocational expert testimony in personal injury, worker’s compensation and social security disability cases was published in Volume 43, Issue 1 in Fall 2008.
Prior to law school, Nathaniel graduated from Purdue University with honors with a B.A. in philosophy. Nathaniel received an honors medallion for successfully completing the Honors Program. Also, he was the student body vice-president and was selected as the university’s ambassador multiple years.
A native of Huntington, Indiana, Nathaniel is actively involved in the Huntington and Fort Wayne communities. Nathaniel was awarded the Governor’s Award for Tomorrow’s Leaders for his community involvement, entrepreneurship, and academic accomplishments.
Nathaniel is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the Allen County Bar Association. Nathaniel serves as the President-Elect of the Allen County Bar Association. He is also Chair of the Employment and Labor Law Section and the Social Security Disability Section of the Allen County Bar Association. In addition to these involvements, Nathaniel serves on the Allen County Bar Association’s Grievance Committee and Fee Dispute Committee. He is also an Executive on the My Autism Ally’s Board of Directors.
